The holistic approach aims to restore balance within the body, taking into account the person's whole being not just their physical symptoms or ailments
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GO FOR A HOLISTIC MASSAGE?
Your holistic massage should be in a quite environment of your home with a relaxing music. During an oil based Holisitc Massage your body will be covered at all times with soft towels, with the exception of the area I'm working on. At the first consultation with me, your therapist, I will ask you to complete a detailed health questionnaire. This will take about 10- 15 minutes about aspect of your health, family history and lifestyle, From this information I will put together a profile for you to tailor the massage to suit you.
WHAT IF MY HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A TREATMENT ON SOME OCCASIONS WHEN I NEED A MASSAGE
